Mage Stats

Hi, I'm a returning player and have a currently level 6 Elf mage. What stats should I focus on for PVE soloing and is an ice build good for solo play? I play on the Smuggler's Paradise P2P server, if that helps.

pve solo = Proficiency + brutality; 50/50; in doubt mor proficiency
determination wont serve you a purpose in most cases
bloodlust for selfheal
as mage for pve dps go ice & lightning
