For psi guide for Pve, late in the game the fight is very strong so may need it:
is worth it to invest in rejection 3 ruby's 15% armor ?
is worth to invest in Gravikinesis 3 ruby's and 6 talents point in Mental Pulse ?
it is worth to invest in Egoism 3 ruby's you get 30%...in ecto and you get sec. increasing the time of etco to ?
How about Triumph of reason it is increasing the pyro with how much ?
How you increase the damage for w of blade ?

For PvE - no. You should not take hits. If you do, your tank is doing something very wrong.

No, pulse r1 is enough for PvE. Gravikinesis is one of those rubies not worth even considering after 5.0 for any build.
They are relic of the past that has not been adapted to new stats introduced in 5.0

No, that's pure PvP. Ecto Form (not the upgraded one) r2 is enough for PvE.

21%. You want that maxed for PvE.

Triumph of Reason rubies are the only way. And always cast it on highest hp target, because if it's target dies the whole effect disappears.
