Screen Freezing

There is one tiny problem whenever I alt tab game just freezes screen when I try to get back ingame is there solution for this problem

since i never had this problem i can only provide a workaround;would be instead of al+ tab out do alt+enter (fullscreen toggle)

Nope not working its like game client have some type of spazams it is runing but screen alone is half frozen and image is kinda twitching
