Auction House Glitch?

Hi,
I have this problem I put a few things up in the Auction house and it ended, it said that my items are in the mail. I went and checked the mail and there is no items. I never had this happen before, I clicked on the support tab on the front of the forums, haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone else had this problem? ?(
