Windows 10 performance issues

Since upgrading to Windows 10, I have serious performance issues. The performance icon is red, others are green. When in raids etc the game is almost unplayable with severe lag.

Graphics drivers are all up to date, as are all other drivers. I have also disabled "DVD record" in the Xbox app, on W10, which is a known issue. Even if I set all video to low, and use minimum graphics, I still have the problem. This only started after the W10 upgrade. Other games I have installed do not have this problem, only Allods.

I also have the game on my laptop, which is running Windows 7. Game runs fine on there so it must be a W10 problem. Does anyone else have this problem, is there a solution?

Although I quite like W10 I will revert to W7 as I have tried to correct the performance issue, without success.

Any ideas?
