2hand can never be a proper tank, only shield
tank as warrior is selfgimping since you do way less dmg and usually paladins / rowdy brow do the job better anyway
also, IF you still want to make a 2h tankbuild, take at least lv1 intimidate and the "thick plate" rubies
athlete rubies are also highly valueable if you want toabsorb a lot of dmg

adrenaline addiction ruby is almost worthless, especially in such a case, its a ruby for highend-dpsbuilds in general (and with small usage for pvp)

dedication is not worth taking usually...

I am sorry but this build is not good.

First thing are the Dedication Rubies. You used 3 but forgot the Rubie for Defender.
In general these Rubis and the defender Skill may appear as a good thing but you need to focus on other things first.
On a second look this build is a bit of everything. Tank, pve and pvp.

The Warrior is a good Tank and DPS is ... ok but not the best. Maybe sometimes in aoe dmg against Mobs.

Question is what your main activity is?
Do you already have greatness for a second build?

If you don't have greatness yet and have low Equipment and/or Runes I suggest you should use a build which is ok for PvE and PvP.
Like a Single-taget-annoying-cc-pvp-Warrior-with-def-also-some-aoe-and-dmg-for-pve-aktivitis build

But remember this is no full pve nor a full pvp build. It is a mix from both with the amount of Rubies and Talents you got.
If you want to tank later practise using all 3 barri Skills in pvp.
