Tutorial: How to hide the "kickvote-window"

since its annoying to see a kickvote-window every few minutes while not caring any longer at all...
... instead of just pressing the buton which is closer to your mousecursor just for making it vanish, you can also drag and drop that window! for example drag it to the left lower corner...
... and no longer get molested again by popup while playing! :thumbup:

(sidenote: this also makes the "respawnwindow" appear in the chosen place)
