quest from the "enchanted item" npc

i don't remember the quest name but it gives 10 amalgam. You need for it amal + enchanted belt + some tool from the npc who gave the quest (near the upgrade table).

anyway, I got enchanted belt only lately but i can't buy the tool anymore from the npc. I saw it in the past but i think they removed it.
