premium crystals on leveling reinc

i was leveling pally last month and every 5 levels i was reciving 20-50 premium crystals as reward. now im leveling bard on same acc also reincarnation as pally but not reciving any premium crystals. anyone knows why?

are u skipping quests? cuz i got yesterday... i think is not always at 5 lvls is when u finish world mysteries quests too
