Long loading page, full lag

Hello all,

I come here to ask if other people like me are experiencing the same problem, i.e. the loading page is extremly long, and characters are long to load too. Which makes lags and make pvp unplayable. The same problem appeared some weeks ago, first people were saying that guys had problem with their computer lol (some guys are telling this to me atm too...) whereas just before patch all was clean.

So if people are experiencing this, please do as Gladia said and send tickets.

Hoping people will be aware of this, the game is becoming unplayable and disgusting..
I prefer to be bad in game rather than being a trash in real life
