I came up with a build but on the russian talent calculator , we could talk about it if you guys want to ^^, i just use the Mozilla translator to read it in english though it's not very good , but it's not hard to understand :) .

I don't know if i used to many rubies, are there any of them that will not serve ? Please tell me ^^ !

Aggroz in that build you have so many Combat Mode rubies but you didn't get Combat Mode at all? Whatcha doin!
Also you don't need those Hover Pad rubies to that extent R1 should be fine if you want to get to the CD reduction rubies.
But you shouldn't even waste the time on those rubies since you only have a light turret.
Then that burner rubie is pointless.
Don't need defib rez rubies and with this build you sure will be using those self destruct rubies often. Hue.
Anger rubies are like pvp. Wouldn't grab those unless you're planning on doing pvp and if you were I wouldn't be using Manual Beam Cannon.
The burst mana talents are shit and with the lack of a combat mode they're even worse.

Mosquitoes and its two sets of rubies will give very high dps to bosses that don't move, a nice addition to pve builds like this one,
and Deus ex Machina rubies are highly recommended as they increase the critical rate of Hand Beam Cannon and Dither Bomb. Good luck, Engies!

Analogue combat madness and war.
Gives all members of the group effect, which increases damage by 33% \ 66% \ 100% for 15 sec., But will reduce the rate to 1.


tests have shown this is not a group "buff" or "aura". its only a debuff on a single target where you (and maybe others) can make 33% / 66% / 100% more damge to that single target until 10% of max hp of the mob is gone or the 15s are over. for the reduce to 1 i havent seen it till now..
