transfar account

am trying to transfar my gamepower7 account to this account but its say that the gamepower7 account information are wrong and its not wrong

If you still have problems, please write a ticket here:
http://support.my.com/games/formTicket/?&questionId=54
Then the support will investigate and should be able to solve the problem.
* Enter your Gamepower7 account name in the "gPotato/Mail.Ru Games GmbH Account Name"-textbox and make sure to mention in the "Details" box, that you trying to transfer from Gamepower7
