Über mich
My name is Jacqueline V. Gann, and I've been in the technology sector for over ten years. I was fascinated even as a teenager by how things work behind the scenes—how data flows, how code becomes function, and how digital experiences are created. That natural curiosity led me to the world of Information Technology, and I've never looked back.
I currently work as an IT specialist at TZ-Bet, a rapidly developing online betting and gaming website . We are committed to providing customers with a fast, reliable, and secure betting experience across the globe, and I'm happy to be a critical contributor to this mission. At TZ-Bet, I'm involved in backend development, server optimization, cybersecurity protocols, and the scalability of our infrastructure.
My role is dynamic and often sees me wearing several hats at once. I might be debugging a database performance issue one day and the next day be working with our developers to implement new features or with our UX team to enhance user experience. What I love most is that every project brings with it a fresh challenge—and a chance to learn something new.
Security is another major focus in my day-to-day work. In an industry like ours, where users entrust us with sensitive personal and financial data, there's zero room for error. I’ve helped implement robust encryption protocols, secure payment gateways, and real-time fraud detection systems that keep our platform and its users safe.
Outside of my work life at TZ-Bet, I remain a student of technology. I follow developments in AI, cloud, DevOps, and blockchain—especially as they apply to the iGaming sector—very closely. I firmly believe that innovation and adaptability are the secrets to survival in this business, and I always try to stay one step ahead of the curve.
When I'm not immersed in code or system design diagrams, you can usually find me at IT conferences, networking with other professionals, or mentoring newcomers to the field. I also enjoy writing technical articles and tutorials for web sites—sharing what I know and seeing others grow.
Being in IT has not just given me a career but also a cause. I love developing systems that solve real issues and make people's digital lives better. And being part of the TZ-Bet team has allowed me to be involved in something meaningful and demanding in an ever-evolving digital world.
