I just purchased 500 blue crystals because thats how i got a 1 month membership last time, but now it says "Malachite" which i didnt buy, as well as giving me a "Internal service error. Please, contact our support team."

do i need to buy malachite or there is just something wrong with the system?

Yes the Malachite is shown when you want to buy your subscription. It’s new since 16.0 and there’s an article about it posted on the news before the realease of 16.0! https://allods.my.games/en/news/announce…ue-sonveniences

So do i have to buy the malachite instead? was the 500 crystals a waste?

Well you can try and write a ticket and see if the Support team will exchange the Crystals to Malachite. Don´t think you can exchange anywhere yourself.
