We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience over the past few days. While it has been a busy and stressful time for us all, We are now happy to announce that we have been able to stabilise most things after the transfer.
Of the users that have contacted us we have been able to answer and fix the issues for the absolute majority of players. Of the remaining part we are doing our best to find alternative means to assist them.
The most common issue we are facing now comes from new characters blocking the merge process. For this we have a new tool available for you all to check the status of your transfer: http://en.allods.com/user.
From here you can get 1 of these responses:
"The gpotato ID (Your ID here) is bound to this account. You should see all avatars of this gpotato ID, when you log in to the game."
Everything should be fine, please submit a ticket or email to allods_support@corp.my.com if you are still experiencing issues with your characters.
"The Allods (Region account Old username) is bound to this account. You should see all avatars of this Mail.Ru account, when you log in to the game."

'There are no external accounts bound to your Allods account and no bind can be established because you already logged in with this account into the game. Please contact our support team if you wish to reset this account.'
In this case you entered the game before you completed the transfer. This is why your account is occupied and is unavailable to complete the transfer.
In this case you have 2 options:
- Register with a new email and transfer your Gpotato ID onto the new account.
- Reset your account.
If you choose option 2 then please email allods_support@corp.my.com from your registered email and ask them to reset the account. After that you will be free to retransfer your GpotatoID.

In this case something went wrong with the transfer and you will need to retransfer your GpotatoID.

We thank you again for your patience during what has been a long and complex transfer. There has been a lot of issues for us to fix, something which we have tried our hardest to fix as fast as humanly possible.
