We thank you all for your continued patience regarding the few accounts that are still to be fixed, we are working as hard as we can to fix the issue.

We understand that you want to continue playing as soon as possible. However, we have to fix each account manually and want to make sure that you can fully access your account after the fix. That's why we are working as thoroughly as possible on these issues. We will also be implementing a much better my.com support system in the near future.

Here is a step by step guide on how to complete the transfer process for anyone that think they might have missed a step.

1. Go to this site
   
2. Click on 'Transfer Account' in the top right hand corner.
   
   
3. You'll get redirected to en.gpotato.eu. Login to your account, that you want to transfer.
   
   
4. You'll get back to the Transfer site. Click 'Transfer Account' again.
   
5. You're now on the site where you need to register an Account.
   Username : It's also the name, that will your Forum name.
   
6. If you're done filling out the fields, click the button right under the license agreement.
   
7. Now you should get a message that your Account is ready for transfer. Just click the button.
   
8. You successfully created an Account for the new Allods portal now !
